Detailed Information about MV BLUE BIRD

MV BLUEBIRD

MV Bluebird based in Tanzania operates between Mwanza North Port and Bukoba Port. She runs between the two ports in 4 hours! Mwanza and Bukoba are two thriving cities on Lake Victoria on the Tanzanian side. Mwanza is a port city on the shore of Lake Victoria, in northern Tanzania. It's ringed by green hills. They city is known for unusual rock formations like Bismarck Rock, near the North Port. In the center of town are colonial buildings like the crumbling hilltop Dr. Robert Koch's House. The 1935 Indian Public Library, mosques and Hindu temples reflect Indian influence. The Makoroboi area is full of shops...

Bukoba is a port town in northwest Tanzania on the western shore of Lake Victoria. It is the capital of the Kagera region, and the administrative seat for Bukoba Urban District. There has not been an operational passenger ferry between the two cities for the last couple of years. Our MV Bluebird had her maiden passenger journey to Bukoba on 5th January 2018 and was received by the populace of the two cities Mwanza and Bukoba with a lot of excitement.
